Event-Photos offer a professional on-site digital event photography and printing service at small, medium and large events and other occasions.
Our specialist event photographers bring all their own equipment to provide your guests with a lasting, high quality, photographic memento of their day for them to take home and cherish for years.
In addition to on-site digital event photography and printing, we also produce customized products incorporating an image taken by our photographer at your event.

Event-Photos photographers will initially discuss your event/occasion requirements over the phone or via email. One of our national teams will the be assigned to cover the event and confirm all the details relating to our attendance of your event.
Event-Photos will make every effort to fit in with the itinerary for your event. We can be as discrete as you require us to be when taking photographs at your event. For example, sometimes we are asked to cover an event without flash photography. (Not possible at some indoor events.)
Our Event Photographers will capture images throughout the duration of your event or occasion. We download the high quality images throughout your event. The images are made available for viewing on our computers and / or in the form of "Proof sheets" - these often keeps your visitors or guests amused for long periods of time.
Your guests then have the opportunity to review all the images from the day, be it themselves, other guests or family and friends.
Event-Photos will print to order, single or multiple copies of any image requested by a guest at your event. Each photo can be available in a range of sizes at or after an event, incorporating any agreed borders, text, logos or other images. Generally, we find that most people are interested in 5” x 7” photographs at an event, with an option to purchase larger sizes at a later date via our website.
After printing the image at your event, we then insert the finished prints into quality mounts that are then taken home by your guests and treasured for years to come.
Generally larger prints are available to order up to 20" x 16". However, these must be paid for at the event, they will be delivered by post within 14 days.
At the end of the event, we will quickly, efficiently and discretely dismantle our equipment, leaving you to dwell on how successful your event or occasion has been. So much so, that we are sure you will invite us back year after year!
After your event has finished, all the images from the day will be uploaded to our web site where your guests can further reveiw and order additional copies of photograhs and other merchandise.

To celebrate our 10th year throughout the month of June we will be winding back the prices at 10 events to those of 10 years ago courtesy of Mitsubishi printers.
A 7"x 5" print will cost you just £5 or get 3 for just £12, 12"x8" prints replace the 10"x 8" of 10 years ago but these will be priced at just £10 each or 2 for the amazing low price of £15 THAT'S HALF PRICE!! (Terms and conditions apply), see bottom of page.
If you are attending an event being serviced by Event-Photos do check to see if you are lucky to be at one of the 10 special events. Those selected are 10 events that we first attended in 2001.
So a big "10 Year" THANK YOU to our exceptionally loyal customer and client base, our suppliers including Mitsubish printers and Darkroom software, without all of you we couldn’t have done it, here's to the next 10 years!
2) The special pricing is ONLY available at the event and does not extend to web, email, telephone or mail order sales.
3) Events to be selected will not be publicised prior to the event.
4) Event-Photos reserves the right to end the promotion at any time without notice.
5) The promotion is print limited, once the promotion stock is exhausted the promotion ends.
6) The promotion is limited to 7"x 5" and 12"x 8" prints and is not transferable to other products.
7) The promotion deadline is 30th June 2011 unless stock is exhausted prior to that date.
